User Responsibilities
Account Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and to keep this information updated.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Fees, Billing, and Refunds

No Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Policyzone disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any results obtained from its use will be accurate or reliable.
Any reliance you place on information provided through Policyzone is strictly at your own risk. You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence before making any decisions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Policyzone, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
In no event shall the aggregate liability of Policyzone exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for access to the service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification shall survive termination.
Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Policyzone is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Miscellaneous Provisions
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Policyzone regarding the service.
No Waiver
Failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms freely in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
